My stay at Indigo Blue was a mixed bag. The apartments were beautifully renovated with stunning ocean views and spacious living areas. However, the customer service left much to be desired, which really dampened the overall experience. I encountered rude staff who were unhelpful at times, making me feel quite uncomfortable during my stay.

I had high expectations for my family’s first vacation since my son was born, especially with the beautiful views and prime location right on the Esplanade. Unfortunately, the service and maintenance left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the apartment was appalling, and I encountered several issues that would have typically been resolved at a more attentive place.
